Preparation
Now that you've ordered your Congo Bar mix, let's go over how to prepare the dessert.

What you'll need:
- 9" x 13" baking pan
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- (optional) 2 TSP vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
- Empty dry ingredient mix into a large mixing bowl.
- In separate bowl, mix (wet ingredients) two eggs and butter.
- Slowly add butter and egg mixture into large bowl with Congo Bar mix. Use your preferred mixing method to mix all ingredients together.
- Coat your baking pan with parchment paper, or preferred non stick ingredient, and spread Congo Bar mixture into pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake 25 minutes, or until edges are light golden brown.
Mixing Ingredients
- Give packaged ingredients a good mix before mixing with the eggs + butter.
Ready to Bake
- Once oven is preheated and ingredients are well mixed, flatten dough on a 9" x 13" baking pan. For easy clean-up and for best results cover pan with parchment paper.
- Finished!
- Set timer for 20-25 mins and remove from oven when edges have turned golden brown. Let cool, then cut and serve. Cut 6 x 4 for 24 servings.
