Grammy's Famous Congo Bars are made with coconut, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and pecans. These delicious dessert bars are somewhere in between a cookie bar, and a gooey brownie bar. Each mix makes 24 Congo bars in a 9" x 13" pan. Each order comes with 2 separate baking mixes.
